BREAKFAST SERIES // Berry Smoothie Bowl

I'm always struggling to have enough time for breakfast in the morning. So I've decided to help myself, and others alike to find quick/easy/healthy recipes to make that morning race a little calmer. 

One of my favourites are the smoothie bowls. This one here is berry-based. 


Preparation time: 10-15 mins

Serves: 2 

INGREDIENTS:

1 banana 

1.5 cup frozen mixed berries

1 cup frozen mangoes

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 tbsp ground flaxseed

Top with: 

Raw cacao nibs

Granola

Coconut flakes

Chia seeds

Berries

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Mix all banana, frozen berries + mango, ground flaxseed, almond milk in blender.

2. Top with "top ingredients" to taste. (Suggested 1 tbsp each)
