Hi.

Welcome to Jess Undecided - a platform I've created to share all my loves + passions.

Jess Undecided originates from a whole lot of soul-searching the last couple years to find what I'm truly about, but what I've found is that you don't have to decide on just one thing to define who you are - you can be undecided

Can't wait for you all to start to explore all of my undecided loves - enjoy your stay!

Belated Birthday Recap !

So I don't usually do this, but I thought what the hey - a new year, a new type of blog post right?

I decided to recap my birthday (December 31st) in a series of images that you might have seen if you follow me in Instagram (@Jessundecided).

I couldn't have asked for a more perfect birthday spent with the love of my life. FYI - I'm not into those large intense NYE events and much rather prefer the amazing relaxing day/night I spent eating all my favourite foods, drinking all my favourite drinks, and seeing some New Years fireworks for the first time.

It started off with these delicious mini cakes from a little patisserie in Richmond Hill, Ontario called Ruelo, which of course I had to take a picture of because they were as photogenic as they were DEEElicious!

After a delicious lunch at my favourite local sushi restaurant Inatei , I headed downtown to One King West Hotel where I would be staying and celebrating the start of the new year! This hotel makes all my minimalist /history-lover dreams come true. (More about that soon!)

For anyone reading this that knows me … then you know that the obvious choice for dinner was of course at TERRONI - Adelaide ! It is by far one of my favourite italian food places in the city!

For the first time in my life (weird I know), I actually went to Nathan Philip Square to see the fireworks at midnight! I am really not a fan of crowds, but since we were in the area we decided to walk towards it and got to see it from a pretty close distance ! It was beautiful and thankfully the weather was just right to stand outside for that long :)

The next morning on our way back up north, we drove by Quantum Coffee Co. and saw that it was actually open! I was ecstatic because I was dying for a good cup-o-joe to start off the new year … and to wake my tired-self up. If you've been to Quantum, then you know that it is impossible to leave this minimal, beautifully-lit location without having a mini photo-shoot. So thank you Quantum, for being my first coffee-photo location of 2016!

Thanks for reading this little recap of my pretty relaxing day
