CHIMNEY CONES // Eva's Original Chimeys

Last Sunday I had the pleasure of trying out Eva's Original Chimeys for the first time !  

Let me tell you that I will never look at an ice cream cone the same again... Because nothing else will compare!! It was absolutely delicious. It never went soggy, even after my photo taking adventure while holding the cone (you know the struggle is real! Every ice cream cone no matter how delicious at the beginning always tends to go mushy)! It had the perfect balance of crispness on the outside from being expertly roasted, but still soft and glutinous on the inside for a perfect delicious experience. I went for the classic cone, but they have a berry compote that I'm dying to try next time. 

They are currently situated at EVERGREEN BRICKWORKS every Sunday, but in May will be hitting the road for a food truck adventure - so friends , I really encourage you all to make a trip to my new favourite food truck in the city!
