RECIPES // Banana Bread

Fun fact: I used to love bananas, but then I developed a bad case of asthma when I was young so my grandma made me stop eating them. When my asthma finally got better and I tried bananas again, I could not stand the texture + the taste. Finally, I braved trying a piece of banana bread and fell in love. I still really dislike actual bananas, but I am a huge fan of all banana pastries from banana bread to banana chocolate chip cookies :)

Anyways, I'm sharing with you all a recipe that I borrowed from my boyfriend's mom - who was the one who got me back on the banana baked goods loving train with her delicious banana bread.
