It's that time of year again! Time for some HOLIDAY SHOPPING :)

Since I developed a condition that no longer allows me to run, I have fallen completely in love with yoga. For me, it keeps me centred and gives me time away from the hustle and bustle that comes with running your own business. It opens up the parts of me that get so tight from sitting and staring at a screen all day, and also helps strengthen my body so that when I do have to run around all day, I'm more than up for the challenge. Plus, I love how yoga has improved my posture! Even my mom doesn't make any comments anymore ;)

Anyways, you all know how much I love my neutral colors, but when it comes to workout gear, I am a sucker for a great pattern and color.
