This video is definitely a first for me - I've been wanting to do a "top-down" video for so long, but didn't have the equipment to do so!
I decided to start off with my favourite breakfast recipe, a smoothie bowl (because you all know how much I love breakfast foods!).
Ingredients:
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 2 tbsp yoghurt
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 2 tsp milled flaxseed
Top with:
- chia seeds
- coconut flakes
- pumpkin seeds
- raspberries
- granola (recipe HERE)
